  I am in complete shock over the level of service that I received from Melinda Cook and team. I went for my first appointment and was referred by Melinda for a CT Scan for a life-threatening condition. I was told at this appointment that I would not have to re-book to get these results, but simply wait for a callback for the results over the phone from her surgery. Two days after the results were sent by the radiologist I called and asked for Melinda to ring me back with results. This never happened. I rang back 3 further times over a period of 3 weeks waiting for my results, and the receptionist told me every time that she had referred my message to Melinda for a callback. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for Melinda's callback. Today I called the surgery quite angry to once again follow up, and I was told the same thing. Melinda would call me back. 2 hours later I received a callback - not from Melinda Cook, but from a receptionist there. The receptionist was calling to tell me that she had spoken to Melinda and that Melinda thought it best that I get my results from the radiologist forwarded to another specialist! What a joke! Rather than face her patient and spend 10 mins over the phone delivering the results, she has pathetically and cowardly gotten her receptionist to send me away. In the end, it has all been for the best. Why would I want to be operated on by someone who cannot run their surgery or even confront patients. Shame on you Melinda!
